This policy applies to 12betatesters.com, operated by VINIUS CO., LTD, which is the data controller for the personal data described below.

1. What we collect

• Contact details: your email address and name when you contact us or place an order.
• Order details: your app name, closed testing opt-in link and the plan you chose.

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, under Paddle's privacy policy.

2. How we use it

• To deliver the testing service you ordered.
• To reply to your messages and give support.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share your app's opt-in link with the testers who take part in your test. We use Cloudflare to host this website and forward email. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one small setting in your browser (light or dark mode). When you open the checkout, Paddle.js loads from Paddle's servers, and Paddle may set cookies it needs to process your payment and prevent fraud.

5. Retention

We keep order and contact records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete them.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing hello@12betatesters.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
