Refund Policy

Before testing starts

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if testing has not yet started.

After testing starts

Once testers have joined your closed test, we refund your order if we fail to deliver what your plan states, such as the number of testers or the number of days.

What is not refundable

• Google rejecting your production access application. We do not control Google's decisions.
• Problems caused by an incorrect or expired opt-in link, or by your app being removed or suspended.

How to ask

Email hello@12betatesters.com with your order number. Our online reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and issues the refund to your original payment method, which usually takes a few business days.
